Venture Funding

An IPO may be too ambitious for companies in their early stage of development. Accordingly venture capital or private equity may be more suitable. Hoodless Brennan’s Venture Funding team can provide funding solutions to companies appropriate to their stage of growth.

With a large client base of sophisticated investors, we can assist in structuring transactions and raising finance, particularly if tax reliefs on the relevant investment are available.

During its first full year the Venture Funding department raised over £4m for private companies mainly on a pre IPO basis, with most of these companies looking to list on AIM or PLUS Markets, thereby offering investors an exit route and with some companies having already done so.
